Your complete satisfaction is our goal. We want you to be happy!
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days from the date you received it. All we ask is that items be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Returns should also be accompanied by the original packing list/invoice.
Your refund will be for the amount you paid for the item excluding shipping charges and will be issued in the same form of payment used at the time of purchase.
To help process refunds and exchanges quickly we ask that you contact us for a Return Authorization Number before returning your items. Simply email us at service@suntego.com or call our customer service department at 877-7-SUNTEGO (877-778-6834) before shipping the merchandise back to us. Be sure to include a description of the items you would like to return, the original order number and the reason for return in your message.
