Sun Signals takes away the guesswork of knowing when you’re reaching a “danger zone” of UVB radiation, before realizing a harmful sunburn. As Sun Signals are exposed to UVB rays, the type of UV rays that cause sunburn, their color changes from yellow to deep orange. Simply stick a Sun Signal on clothing or on skin after applying sunscreen and watch for the color change. The SunSignals color change to deep orange is calibrated to occur when the sensor has been exposed to that level of UVB that could cause sunburn to someone who has fair to light skin.
Each package contains 18 sensors.
