| How much is my shipping? | |
| Standard Shipping is FREE for orders over $50. Standard shipping is via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground. Orders $50 or under are a flat rate of $4.95 for Standard Shipping, no matter how many items are ordered. Overnight Shipping within the Continental US is a flat rate of $17.95 per shipment, no matter how many items are ordered. Note: Oversized items marked “Extra shipping fee” will incur an additional shipping fee. Standard Shipping fees apply to deliveries within the Continental US. Shipping Method options and their prices will be offered on the Checkout Page. |

| What is your return policy? | |
| If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days from the date you received it. All we ask is that items be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Returns should also be accompanied by the original packing list/invoice. Your refund will be for the amount you paid for the item excluding shipping charges and will be issued in the same form of payment used at the time of purchase. To help process refunds and exchanges quickly we ask that you contact us for a Return Authorization Number before returning your items. Simply email us at service@suntego.com or call our customer service department at 877-7-SUNTEGO (1-877-778-6834) before shipping the merchandise back to us. Be sure to include a description of the items you would like to return, the original order number and the reason for return in your message. | When will my order ship? | |
| We strive to ship all orders within 1-2 business days. If there will be an unexpected delay in your shipment, we will contact you after your order is placed. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information, if available, within 24-48 hours of shipment. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. |
